Gradshare is a rental experience designed for young graduates and professionals often new to Birmingham. You are not simply renting a room but joining a community of like-minded housemates.

Gradshare places the housemates at the centre of the rental experience. When a vacancy arises in one of the houses, the existing housemates take responsibility for showing new housemates round.  Gradshare is about fitting like-minded people together. You choose them and they choose you.

Typically, our housemates are aged 22-30 years. The housemates are predominantly graduates although not exclusively. All the Gradshare houses are in very close proximity to each other. 

You can broaden your social network not only with your housemates with whom you live but all the other Gradshare houses near to you. It is a great opportunity to broaden your social network and make new friends.

Gradshare operates in Birmingham – a vibrant, dynamic city full of young people and new opportunities.

Our houses are situated in Edgbaston and Bearwood, two inner suburbs of the city. Here you’re always just five minutes walk from all the usual amenities such as shops, quality restaurants and homely, local pubs. 

Similarly, if exercise if your thing, you’ll be pleased to hear we’re also two minutes walk from a local leisure centre. 

Finally, the houses are also located on main bus routes into town (15minutes) and direct bus routes to Birmingham University (also 15 minutes).

Gradshare houses are a very high standard of accommodation with all the modern facilities you would expected. There is a variety of room sizes and prices to fit different budgets.
